Overview:

The Hurricane by all account including mine is possibly the new Kayfun. In the beginning of well constructed atomizers the Kayfun reigned supreme with high quality machining, the right amount of airflow, and unmatched flavor production. The Hurricane is all of these things and more. The Hurricane adjustable airflow is a dream, it really is the dream for high end tanks. The Hurricane is also extraordinarily well designed making it incredibly easy to rebuild, re-cotton, add more juice, and clean. The only flaw in my opinion is the height of the tank, which can be easily changed with the variety of different tank sections you can buy separately to make it shorter. If this doesn’t bother you, then the Hurricane is close to perfect in my opinion. Building on the 2-post wire trap system is just as handy as it gets people. The time it takes to rebuild is reminiscent of the Squape which was known to be a 5min build or less based on proficiency. I have had no problems with my PMMA tank, but that’s not to say that there isn’t a juice out there that may cause cracking. Lastly, the draw is what I consider to be one of the best draws on the market. There is no ‘crackling’ feeling or noise when taking a draw and it’s smooth and consistent. The previous statement only holds true if you build the Hurricane correctly, which is not hard at all. There are plenty of wicking methods to the Hurricane, but I wick it completely the way it looks like it needs to be wicked, nothing special and it works just fine for my builds. I have stated that the draw is amazing, but if you like dripper style airflow, you may be slightly disappointed, because even though there is a lot of airflow options, it’s no dripper.

Should you buy it?

If you like tanks, you like flavor, you like a smooth draw, and you loved your Kayfun or Squape, you need this tank. The price is a little ‘up there’ but if you’re already accustomed to these types of prices, then this is right on par with the quality and price ratio of other similar atomizers. If you aren’t used to paying these prices, but you are looking for an ‘end game’ tank, this is where you want to invest your money. If you fit the parameters or think these things sound like your style, buy this.
